Digidem Lab is an independent democracy lab and consultancy that supports organizations, municipalities and public institutions in conducting effective and inclusive citizen dialogues. We study, develop and offer internationally proven digital tools and methods for civic participation and create citizen-centered processes to reach underrepresented groups.

City of Gothenburg
Digidem Lab provides development, support, and training to enable the city to use Decidim as a hub for civic participation. To date, the platform has been used for participatory budgeting and citizens’ assemblies, with additional processes planned.
New York City
We delivered methodology workshops and developed a user testing framework for the Civic Engagement Commission during the implementation phase of the Decidim platform.
European Commission
We conducted several workshops on designing participatory processes in Decidim for the Conference on the Future of Europe.
